NOVELFRAMEX TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of NovelFrameX. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use NovelFrameX.

Eligibility

You may use the service only if you are able to form a binding agreement under applicable law.

Accounts

You are responsible for information associated with your account and for maintaining the security of your access credentials.

Creator responsibility

You are responsible for your content, your use of the service, and ensuring that your activities comply with applicable law and these Terms.

Creator ownership and rights

Creators retain ownership of their original content, including manuscripts, characters, worlds, Canon, and other creator intellectual property. Use of NovelFrameX does not transfer ownership of that content to NovelFrameX, Founders, Early Adopters, subscribers, or other users.

License necessary to operate the service

You grant NovelFrameX only the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise operate the service and features you request. This limited license does not transfer ownership of your content or creator intellectual property.

AI-assisted features

AI-assisted features may generate suggestions or outputs. You remain responsible for reviewing those suggestions and deciding whether to use them. AI output may not always be accurate, unique, or suitable for your purposes.

Creator-controlled Canon

NovelFrameX does not make AI-generated suggestions Canon automatically. Creator approval remains authoritative: the creator determines what becomes Canon for their work.

NFX Credits

NFX Credits may be used for metered experiences. Credit availability, use, and any applicable terms are presented through the service.

Subscription billing

Subscriptions may involve recurring billing where applicable. Pricing, billing cadence, promotional pricing, NFX Credits, applicable taxes, and other charges will be shown at or before purchase or enrollment. You may cancel as described through the service or at the time of purchase. Any refund or cancellation policy beyond this statement requires NovelFrameX approval before publication.

Founder and promotional offers

Founder, Early Adopter, and other promotional offers are limited offers subject to their stated availability and terms. They do not create equity, shares, dividends, board rights, corporate voting rights, governance rights, or other ownership rights. Founder and community surveys are advisory only.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, infringe the rights of others, or use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Beta, preview, and developing features

Creator Beta, experimental, preview, and developing features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. NovelFrameX does not make guaranteed roadmap commitments for these features.

Intellectual property

NovelFrameX and its service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to you.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, you grant NovelFrameX permission to use it without restriction or compensation.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or rights of others, or for violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers

NovelFrameX is provided on an as-available basis. We do not make guarantees about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NovelFrameX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to the service or Terms

We may modify the service and these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised update date.

Governing law

Governing law and venue require NovelFrameX approval after the legal entity’s governing jurisdiction has been confirmed. No jurisdiction or venue is designated in these Terms until that information is finalized.
